Hello Richard here again from Upvc Repair Liverpool.
It’s that time of the month again you have all been waiting for…..
that’s right! its time to get excited because I’m going to talk about the types of the window & door repair work I’ve been up to this month.
So Grab I tight hold of your socks and prepare for a fast ride into my world at Upvc Repair Liverpool.
Lets get this started with the first job Update! WooHoo.
As you can see from the photos below this window had gone and given up on its life… maybe it was the beautiful views it could see everyday? and it just got to much, we will never know ???
But what I have gone and done here is replace the whole glass unit of the window ( The double glazed part.) So now the customer can see those excellent views again from their flat over the River Mersey. As part of this job I also changed the windows rubber gaskets and handle to the window on the left but I got a little to excited about the views and forgot to take photos of this so you will just have to trust me on this one……

I had a customer call me up because their window locked shut on them and would not open. easy I thought to myself this is my bread and butter sort of a job…. famous late words right!
This job turned out to be a massive head ach but I actually like this types of job maybe its because I like to challenge myself with a difficult job and the felling of achievement you get from problem solving?? or maybe a just a little strange its up to you to decide.
As you can see this window was as they say in the business as “Turbo Rusty” and had failed leaving one side of the window locking. So after some wresting, sweat and a little tears I had it out of its house and replace to work like new again. High fives all round.

Okay here is One more window one for you to feast your peepers on, The top window in this picture has its new window locking mechanism installed and the bottem window is how sad, tired and broken the unit was before I got my mitts on it. Out come on job was fixed and happy customer just how I like it!
