Upvc repair Liverpool’s February update.

 Hello Richard here again from Upvc Repair Liverpool. This February I am going to mix it up a little shocking I know! But am going to do it anyway.

Here it goes I filmed myself giving a sad and I need of some TLC window the full works UPVC repair Liverpool treatment.

“What is the full works treatment?” I here you cry from behind your screen well I will elaborate…. the “full works” as I call it and I’m quite possibly the only one who calls it this?? Is replacing the double glazed windows Hinges, Locking Handle and Locking gear box or full locking strip. So now you are in the loop have a look at me in action making one sad window in to a happy all singing all dancing full working upvc window again.

The reason I was called out to fix this window in the video below was because the customer had called and said ” The window is not locking right and can I have a look?” short answer was “yes” from me so off I popped to have a look.

It turned out that the windows gear box had snapped and would only let one side of the window close. Also I found out that the window had been broken into and the hinges had been bent by the burglar which was now letting in a draft and had pushed the window out of alignment on one side, the windows key to the locking handle had been lost and for the sake of £5 for a new one it was also replaced making this job a full works repair job.
