What have I been up to in April? Let me think… oooh yeah fixing more doors and windows shocking I know but that’s just what I’ve been doing.
So lets get cracking with the updates shall we? I know your all desperate to know what sad unhappy upvc doors & windows ive fived the stuffing out of and making them as good as new again.
April Brings a new member of the team to Upvc repair Liverpool he is probably the cheapest member of staff and also the more handsome but that’s his own opinion so I think he was always going to say that isn’t he?? so with out a feather a do I present the newest member of staff….

Anyway enough of the lime light on Paco lets have a look at some work we have been doing on doors and windows at Upvc repair Liverpool.
Window Hinge repairs.
Before After
This Window Needed its Hinges Replacing after one side of the windows hinges buckled and would not close properly. The process of repairing the window unit involved removing the glazing and stripping the double glazed unit to fit the new set of hinges to allow the window to open and close properly. For a extra measure I serviced the working locking mechanism while the window was removed Thumbs up all round…
Upvc Window hinge repairs round two.
Before After
This window unit needed its hinges replacing after they had become bent and would not allow the window to open or fully close leaving a gap around the edge of the window. The tricky part is removing the window when it doesn’t want to leave its home.
Upvc Door Locking mechanism repair.
This Upvc door decided it didn’t wont to go on being a useful member of its family’s door and decided to give up, what was needed was a replacement centre gear box to have the door locking and unlocking properly. entry me with my van full of door fixing tools and parts short strory long the door was fixed and is happily opening and closing like it should do.
Upvc door repair number two!
For the eagle eyed among you who have spotted this door locking mechanism is the same as the one before! This was not planned I think its just that I forgot to take photos of the other doors I have fixed and I did with this one…… spooky?? Anyway this upvc doors locking gear box had broken because the door had dropped and the owner had kept forcing the door closed until one day the door decided it was all too much and broke one day.
Window Locking handle repair.
As you can see from the photos of this job a couple had called me to replace some window handles. This was because when they moved in to the new home they found some of the windows locking handles had been snapped stopping them from opening the windows at all. Enter me the man with the new handles and a bunch of tools to have the windows working and locking again.
